We were lucky enough to gain a place on a Tour of the White House East Wing.
The only photos were taken on our phone after the tour had ended.
We finished our tour before 10 and walked back to our hotel.
Lunch was across the road DC Coast ….. Menu
We needed another walk after the lunch and walked to the White House and the Washington Monument.
Another healthy meal to end the day.
NB…this was probably the most blue sky we experienced in our 2 weeks in the US
